Be an FHT Associate and feel the benefit

If you are a therapist who chooses to opt out of forthcoming voluntary self regulation and Continuing Personal and Professional Development (CPPD), the FHT can welcome you as an Associate. Being an Associate is also ideal for therapists who wish to gain a recommendation for Professional, Public and Product Liability insurance from a professional organisation but holds approved qualifications from other professional associations (conditions apply).

As an FHT Associate you have access to many of the benefits of that of an FHT Member and can expect support and advice from the organisation. You can expect to receive:

• Access to the Members area of our website
• A reduced listing in our online 'Search for a Therapist' register

• Access to specially crafted Insurance products for FHT Members  
• Membership in one of three councils and use of council letters after your name
• Vote at General meetings and serve on the Governing council of FHT
  
   

How much does it cost to join?

FHT Associate: £62 per annum
FHT Associate - Overseas Membership EU countries: £73
FHT Associate - Overseas Membership Non-EU: £79

 
Also available for FHT Associates is a copy of the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice by which they are expected to abide. This is available £5.00 for a paper copy or £3.50 for a copy on CD. Alternatively, a copy may be downloaded free of charge from the Members area of this website.
