Lay Member - representing the interests of the public
Helen Chambers has more than 20 years’ experience in training. After a period in further education, developing and delivering work-based vocational training, she set up her own training and consultancy business in 2004 which now focuses on leadership and management development, business coaching and strategy.
Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and holds qualifications in management, training and development, executive coaching and leadership mentoring. She is a licensed Myers Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner, and is accredited as a Stress Management Consultant. She works with a wide variety of clients, including public, private and not-for-profit, and acts as an inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate within the private further education sector. She is a former board member for the Leicestershire Citizens Advice Bureau and the Psychosynthesis Education Trust.
