Positive Touch for Children
Research has shown that positive, nurturing touch can help boost self-esteem in young people and enable them to cope better with anxiety and stress. This lively, interactive session will share some simple touch techniques and suggestions that have been ‘tried and tested’ by therapists, parents and, of course, children.

Advanced Indian Head Massage Techniques
