Colchester local group

This group supports the many therapists located in the North of Essex and Suffolk area. We began in February 2019 and the group has steadily grown. Meetings are held monthly or as near to that time scale as possible. This year we are starting a Wednesday meeting, mornings and evenings on alternative months. Being based in North Essex we can feel a little cut off from things as we are closer to the Suffolk border, than central Essex and its great to have something for the locally based members to attend and so far, as well as people based in Colchester and Tendring, and further afield.

Topic: Astrology with Julie Hays - Holistic Health Therapist and Astrologist

Astrology is an amazing tool. It can be used to discover your inner potential. Astrology is a reformation of who you are, and her approach is to help people connect with the energies and influences that will help them develop an insight into their own psyche, that enables them to attract the energies they need to evolve and align with their own innate gifts.

In short, Astrology offers signposts on your own individual life pathway. Astrologists look at your Natal (Birth) Chart which is unique for everyone, and looks at the location, and exact time (where possible). Each person is different.

We will be focusing on the Sun, Moon and the ascendant in a person’s chart. Astrology had always fascinated her and in 2008 Julie joined a weekly group taught by a friend, where she became profoundly in awe of the ever-changing rhythm of the universe and began casting horoscopes/natal charts for clients, family, and friends.

Julie has worked as a health practitioner since 1997. She runs a busy practice in Braintree combining Kinesiology, Beam Therapy and Astrology to her many clients helping them to achieve their maximum health goals. She specialises in gut health, nutrition, and the power of positivity.
