Topic: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - how can you support someone suffering from this?

Peter is employed as a support worker at The Beacon, Catterick Garrison, which is a residential facility for Service Veterans of all ages.  He is going to take us through the life of a personal friend whose world turned upside down after a traumatic event.  I was privileged to be able to offer this friend support through holistic therapies. Peter will also give his personal account as he too has now been diagnosed with PTSD.

We are seeing an increase in the number of persons being diagnosed with PTSD from all walks of life, not just the services. Come along on Monday, give Peter a warm welcome and ask the questions you need the answers to.
