The Physical Consequences of Immobility for Desk-Based Workers: Tips for How You and Your Clients Can Be More Active at Work

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many people to work from home or to remain segregated at work, avoiding movement between desks or offices. What are some of the physical problems of immobility? Why do these symptoms occur when we remain still?
