Hampshire Waterlooville local group

The Waterlooville local group is for practitioners, students or people who just have an interest in complementary health, fitness or beauty.  We aim to make every meeting both enjoyable and informative with time for everyone to meet.  You do not have to be a member of the FHT to attend - if you have friends who might be interested, do bring them along.

Topic: Tai Chi with Charlie Fleet

The first meeting of 2020 at Waterlooville will be an interesting session on Tai Chi. Charlie will talk us through the benefits of this gentle but effective exercise and we can all join in to start off our first meeting of the year with some positive thoughts and moves.

We are sorry to now inform you all that with the daily media coverage escalating on the Coronavirus we have decided it is in the best interests of all our members to cancel the planned workshop with Jing. We are very disappointed to have to make this decision and Jing are sending their best wishes to all and will plan another date.

Iwona will explain the use of the fine tiny needles on specific parts of the body.

Donna has been booked to give us an evening to try out the benefits of Pilates to help with posture.

The room is in the first building on the left as you arrive on site by the front car park.  There is additional parking behind Barton Hall - FHT notices will show you the way.
