Lay Member - representing the interests of the public
Helen Chambers has more than 25 years’ experience in training. After a period in further education, developing and delivering work-based vocational training, she set up her own training and consultancy business in 2004 which now focuses on leadership and management development, business coaching and consultation for strategy, quality and HR.
Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and holds qualifications in management, training and development, executive coaching and leadership mentoring. She is a licensed Myers Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner and is accredited as a Stress Management Consultant. She works with a wide variety of clients, including public, private and not-for-profit, and is the Chief External Verifier for The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK. She is also a Board member of The Psychosynthesis Trust, a member of the Qualifications Governance Council for NEBOSH, and presents and lectures for many and varied audiences.
