Date: 23 May 2019
Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Venue: Beauchamp College, Ridge Way, Oadby, LE2 5TP
Topic: TRE with Priti Coles

TRE is designed to help people who experience everything from mild stress to severe trauma, it is a self help tool, likened to a shaking meditation. It is a set of seven exercise that help you to release tension. The exercises ignite a primitive response within the body, causing vibration, shaking and tremors helping to release stress and trauma. Anything that overwhelms you and enables your body’s ability to cope is defined as trauma and stress. Day to day circumstances cause our bodies to become stuck, TRE helps your body to soften, discharge and let go, helping you to reconnect with your mind and body. TRE is you healing you, it is safe and is self regulated. The  sessions are designed to calm your nervous system, you feel rebalanced, renewed and at peace. Better sleep patterns and the ability to cope with life and what it throws at you are often reported.
