Topic: A Talk and Demonstration on Hydrotherm

What is Hydrotherm and the benefits: The ultimate in relaxation, portability and truly holistic massage. Whilst laying on your back, covered with towels and warmed from the water cushions beneath, you receive a three dimensional treatment using your bodyweight to give the perfect depth of massage: sports and remedial, to relaxation massage is available without having to turn over at any time during your treatment! This style of treatment is ideal for people who prefer to avoid lying “face down”, thus avoiding face holes and pressure on breathing. The water filled cushions support your body and their warmth relaxes muscles, encouraging extreme relaxation, enabling a very effective treatment to be performed. Also, it is ideal for clients with unique needs e.g., pregnancy and clients with mobility problems. For further information, please view the Hydrotherm website: www.hydrotherm.co.uk
