Below are the events for the year for the local group of the FHT. The events and talks are open to everyone; FHT members, members of other therapy associations and the general public. The more the merrier. Many of our members bring partners, friends and colleagues who always comment on the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the group.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS

Topic: Lara Penfold Life Coaching Session

We have our guest speaker Lara Penfold with Life Coaching. Lara is a teacher and life coach, who also hosts her own weekly podcast Creating a Greater Perspective. 

Lara's mission is to help people create balance and connection in their lives by creating a perspective that works for them to move beyond a life cycle of staying stuck. Helping clients to discover who they are and who they want to become, by raising their awareness and consciousness to find peace, joy and fulfilment.
