This will be a fun, interactive talk focussing on marketing your business including understanding your strengths and challenges of your business, identifying your USP, working on your elevator pitch and focusing on finding direction by setting realistic expectations for your 3 year plan.

Topic: Future Self Energetics with Amanda Neslon

In her talk, Amanda will be delving in to her world of energy and sharing what she finds there. As well as looking at the structure and resilience of an energy field, Amanda will be talking about multiple dimensions, looking at past present and future timelines, explaining about the affects of energy attachments, energy parasites and spiritual entities, and what she uncovers as she opens and closes energy portals. Amanda will be explaining how clearing, adjusting and repairing all aspects of your energy field can be the secret to changing your life forever - “I change the energy around people so that they can be happier." Amanda will be answering questions and giving hands on demonstrations.

Topic: Sara Fernandez - Physiotherapist and Rehab Pilates Instructor

Sara Fernandez, a Physiotherapist and Rehab Pilates Instructor. Her main fields are rehabilitation through movement and women's health. Sara teaches studio and mat Pilates and also has ante and post-natal groups. She will be providing a practical approach to her Pilates way of teaching to help us understand our own body, the benefits of being conscious of our movements and identifying where we have restrictions. Sara will be using different techniques as imagery through movement, visualisation, Franklin balls and advises to wear comfortable clothing.

Topic: Craniosacral Therapy with Kiera Petersen

The speaker this month is Kiera Petersen CST-T and she will be talking about Craniosacral Therapy, what it is and the benefits of this gentle yet deep therapy. It is a manual therapy that uses gentle non-invasive educated touch over the clothes to restore and balance the nervous system and to release the effects of injury, stress and trauma. Perhaps you suffer from back pain, headaches, migraines, TMJ pain or experience digestive problems. CST helps your body to self correct and offers pain relief and pain management for a wide range of conditions. CST is also wonderful for stress relief, relaxation and improved wellbeing. Kiera has been working in complementary medicine for 25 years with the last 8 years in craniosacral therapy.
