Topic: Ayurveda Massage with Katie Chester
For February's meeting Katie Chester, massage therapist, will talk about Ayurvedic Massage. Ayurveda is the ancient Indian philosophy of health and includes massage as one of its key principles. Discover your Dosha and explore some of the Marma points which you can use for self massage or include in your treatments.

Topic: Social, networking and sharing evening
We will be having a meal at The Applecart, meeting at 7.15 pm. Please RSVP using details below by 2 March to let us know if you would like to join us so that the table can be booked. As this is a social evening, no CPD points or certificates will be issued but it is a lovely networking and sharing opportunity. Please note that we will not be holding a meeting in April as this falls on Easter Monday but we will be back to it in May.
