Topic: Bowen Therapy with Phillipa Davy

Phillipa has been practising Bowen for 5 years. It's a very gentle but incredibly effective treatment using just the thumbs and fingers. Very pleasant to receive, most people find it very relaxing, even those people who say they can never relax! Bowen can treat things such as headaches, hayfever, sports injuries, back pain, sinuses, frozen shoulder, knee problems and many more. In treating people with specific ailments, often they will have benefited in other health issues, such as sleeping or maybe just feeling really good.

Topic: Relieving the symptoms of Fibromyalgia with Jacqui Philips

Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner, Jacqui was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2014.  Jacqui was also trained in facial and skin analysis and went on to study aromatherapy and essential oil blending. Discovering the links with chemicals used in everyday items such as skincare and illnesses such as her own.  Jacqui searched for products that didn't cause flare-ups with her Fibromyalgia, leading her to Tropic plant-based skincare and has since gone on to develop her own range of plant-based candles specifically aimed at relieving the symptoms of fibromyalgia sufferers.
