My name is Irene Elliott and I have been practising Shiatsu since 2005, Reiki since 2006 and Emotional Freedom Technique since 2018. I am also a ex - Registered General Nurse with 25 years experience in health care, the majority of this was working with women in the field of Contraception and Sexual Health and those living with Mental Health issues. I have a special interest in supporting clients living with Stress and Anxiety and I am proud to be a referral complementary therapist for the Chrysalis Effect Recovery Programme which helps those living with ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I work from home in my peaceful therapy room, which is based in the beautiful Sussex village of Ditchling. I look forward to hearing from you
