Main profile

Massage therapy is a therapeutic application of touch that can lead to instant physical/ emotional improvements within a calm environment. How often do you rub or stroke an area that has been hurt after banging it or falling over? Or when sat down for a period of time, feel the need to stand, stretch and move around? We instinctively stroke and stretch the areas of our bodies that ache or feel stiff. However, there are limits to how much we can self soothe, certain parts of our bodies we cannot reach and muscle knots that won’t budge…this is where I come in! If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, feel free to contact me via my website or Facebook page. Have a great day! Jo xx
