Warm welcome! My name is Mel and I specialise in Coaching for Wellbeing & Complementary Health Therapies, exclusively for women, based in the beautiful Cotswolds & online. I have a genuine love of caring for people, with over 10 yrs experience as a Healthcare Professional working in acute care in the NHS. I also provide a 1:1 wellbeing service with the mental health charity Mind, supporting & empowering people to feel well. I feel very fortunate to be able to bring this invaluable experience & knowledge to complement my coaching and therapies.
