Lisa has the most relaxing voice ever and I'm now so accustomed to it that it takes me no time at all to slip into a deep and relaxed state of mind. Her themes for hypnosis are great and varied, and I've enjoyed every single one of them. I find Lisa explains everything really well and always checks in afterwards to make sure we're fully in the room again. I can go into a session feeling very stressed and not feeling too good. I come out of the session with a different state of mind, fully refreshed, energised and able to concentrate more on my tasks ahead. It's wonderful!

As a busy mum finding a few minutes of calm is tricky. Lisa's sessions are a little oasis of calm. Her voice is so soothing, you begin to relax almost straight away. I had a one to one session previously and she gave me a routine which I can use myself when I want to switch off. I have found this technique to still thoughts and relax really helpful after a busy day or an night when sleep eludes me.

Being able to do this in the comfort of home and through my employer has been amazing. Lisa has a lovely calming voice and the themes for hypnosis are varied. Lisa explained everything in the first session and makes sure you are safe and comfortable for the session. Also makes sure eveyone is safe at the end of the session. It always makes me feel more relaxed after the session. Thank you

Lisa is a very experience hypnotherapist. Her voice and technique is very relaxing. It has helped me massively to release accumulated stress and anxiety. She has responded all my questions and provided a lot of support after the therapies, too. I very highly recommend to attend her sessions.

Group Hypnotherapy session over Zoom

Lisa has the most soothing, relaxing and calming tone to her voice. I have found these sessions really incredible and are a major part of my selfcare and wellness. I love the fact that they are themed and quite seasonal, so very relatable to the time of the year & the month. I am quite often very anxious, feeling stressed and overwhelmed and after one of the sessions on zoom with Lisa, I feel that a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I have quite an overwhelming feeling of calm & relief. I certainly look forward to the sessions and love to be organised and book them well in advance so I know I have somethings to look forward to in my diary.
