Clwydian Sports Therapy & Injury Clinic is a constantly developing and growing practice with exciting times ahead. As a result, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic therapist to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be a key team member, with opportunities to grow with the business.

Job Description

Duties to include:

· Conducting new patient consultations,

· Treating clients (soft tissue therapy and other treatments as qualified),

· Managing client notes and caseload, to include new enquiries and following up treatments,

· Assisting in clinic/team marketing and contributing to team meetings,

· Maintaining clinic stock, maintenance and cleanliness,



Person Specification

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Able to develop and maintain a strong client-therapist rapport. Client centered approach.

· A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong work ethic and ethos. Organised with good time management in a busy clinic.

· Knowledge and experience treating a range of soft tissue conditions.

· Flexible approach to work (evening and weekend hours as required).

· Keen to develop therapist and clinical skills with further CPD.

Essential Requirements

· Massage Level 3 Qualification (or above)

· Professional body membership (e.g. FHT, SMA),

· Professional liability insurance (required before starting the position).

Desirable Requirements

· Qualifications in sports massage, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, scar tissue therapy, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, hot stones massage, taping and strapping.

· First aid qualification
