A local support group for therapists, and anyone interested in self-care and wellbeing, in the Calderdale area. We meet to learn from each other and have a chat and a laugh, I hope you'll join us.

As we approach Christmas find peace with past events, identify and change toxic beliefs, release negative emotions and bad habits, and clear the blocks to manifesting future goals. Learn how to access inner calm, clarity, confidence, and contentment in everyday life, discover inner stillness, and coach others from a living experience of conscious presence...and join us for out last event of the season.
