INFORMATION
The Waterlooville local group is for practitioners, students or people who just have an interest in complementary health, fitness or beauty. We aim to make every meeting both enjoyable and informative with time for everyone to meet. You do not have to be a member of the FHT to attend - if you have friends who might be interested, do bring them along.

Topic: Herman Fenton Stretch Class
Date: Wednesday 8 November 2023
Location: Horndean Technology College, Barton Cross, Waterlooville, PO8 9PQ
Time: 7pm for a 7.30pm start
Herman will give us a short talk and then show us some stretches that will help us as therapists to put ourselves first and keep us healthy for longer.
We will have class participation so wear comfortable, stretchy, clothes so you can gain the most benefit. By the end of the evening Herman will have us all floating out on air ready to go about our business with renewed energy, confidence and enthusiasm.

Entry: £5 Members / £8 Non-members / £3 Students / Free for virtual meetings
Special rate: Six weeks for the cost of five when you pay up front on the night.
The room is in the first building on the left as you arrive on site by the front car park. There is additional parking behind Barton Hall - FHT notices will show you the way.
