Join us for our next FHT meeting, where Laura will be sharing Moxibustion.
This is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is considered a Yang form of energy providing heat to areas where they may be considered a lack of energy or movement within the meridians.
During this meeting we will be discussing in some more depth about what Moxibustion is, the various ways it is used and its benefits.
