Personal trainer

A personal trainer helps you to achieve and maintain a level of health and fitness. They may also educate you in basic nutrition, to ensure that goals are met. Personal trainers can be found in health clubs, fitness centres and gyms. They may also offer one-to-one or group sessions at home or outdoors.

Your personal trainer will firstly assess your health, fitness and lifestyle to devise the best possible exercise plan. Your personal trainer may also recommend certain foods to avoid or introduce in order to maximise results. Your progress will be monitored and you will be guided through routines, with feedback. He or she will arrange a regular session to ensure that you stay motivated and reach your full potential.

A personal trainer may help you to improve your level of health and fitness, motivating you and increasing your confidence.
