Introduction
I am a complementary therapist with 15 years experience and a former volunteer therapist for a cancer care charity. I use a range of therapies and relaxation techniques and know that simple interventions can have a profound effect on people’s lives. My previous role as a teacher supports my current work as an instructor and international trainer. I have a passion for helping people of all ages improve their wellbeing. My not for profit company, Touchline Training, is an accredited CPD training provider. I deliver countrywide instructors’ trainings for the IMPACT Wellbeing Programmes and Massage in Schools Programme with on-going support and resources. I present at conferences and workshops. I aim to spread the seeds of wellbeing!
