Introduction
At Rest and Rebalance I practise Reflexology, Reiki, Facial Rejuvenation and Indian Head Massage. My special interests in Reflexology are Facial Reflexology, Conception and Maternity Reflexology and Aromareflex. Facial Reflexology combines all of the health promoting benefits of a foot reflexology session with facial rejuvenation effects. Maternity reflexology can be booked from the second trimester to support pregnancy. Aromareflex is a combination of aromatherapy and reflexology using essential oil blends within a Reflexology session.

All sessions are tailor made to suit individual needs.

Appointments are available in West Wickham, Central Bromley and Central Croydon. Weekday, weekend and evening appointments are available.
