I have been a professional Massage Therapist since 2004.
From a multi-disciplined skill set, I often combine therapies to provide clients with a tailored treatment for optimum benefit.
I specialise in deep tissue massage, but am conscious of working within clients’ tolerance levels, allowing them to relax & release stress & tension both mentally & physically.
I am qualified in Pregnancy Massage & confidently treated many pregnant women throughout the trimesters. Therapy when pregnant offers all the benefits when not pregnant, but includes techniques that are safe & comfortable for mother & developing baby.
My emphasis is to promote preventative health care & increase awareness of one’s body, easing pain & discomfort & improving mobil
