Introduction
I am a Qualified VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Level 3 Swedish MassageTherapist.

I offer treatments ranging from sports massage, to maintenance, remedial, therapeutic swedish, relaxing hot and cold stone, and pregnancy massage.

Whatever your lifestyle, from sportsperson, to office worker, I am here to help you move better, and feel better.

Together we can assess your needs and decide on the most appropriate treatment. Whether that is working out muscular tension that is inhibiting your performance, releasing the dreaded neck and shoulder tightness of the desk worker, or simply allowing you the chance to relax, unwind and de-stress.
