Introduction
I am a passionate believer in holistic therapies and the benefits they can bring. I have been a fully qualified Reflexologist since 2007 after studying at Cambridge Regional College. Prior to this I gained a level 2 Reiki practitioner qualification following training at the Natural Therapy Centre, Hertford. More recently, I added to my Reflexology qualifications through the Holistic Academy in Shefford and I now support people living with cancer with Reflexology.
I am fully insured, trained in first aid and a professional member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I offer a mobile serve for those who prefer to relax in the comfort of their own home so why not take a little time out just for you. We all deserve some me-time.
