Introduction
I offer sports and remedial massage, to assist both the physically active and those with everyday aches and pains. I am fully qualified and insured, and based in Ulverston in Cumbria.
A one hour session including discussing your history, the treatment itself, and aftercare assessment and advice, costs £50. Treatments will include a selected mix of deep tissue massage, soft tissue release and passive stretching techniques suitable for you at the time of the treatment. I may also use kinesiology taping.
