My name is Penny and I'm a Holistic Therapist based in Godalming . Offering a small variety of treatments, I mostly practice Reiki which also can incorporate crystal healing and/or sound therapy if the client so wishes. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individuals needs aswell as working with my own intuition. An oppportunity to relax, re-balance, restore, regenerate and re-energise the mind, body and soul. Had Reiki for the first time with Penny, wasn't sure what to expect or what I may feel? During the treatment Penny placed crystals on me and used a pendulum to check to the energy and rebalance blocked Chakras. I was holding a lot of stress which Penny picked up on as she worked on the Solar Plexus. I did feel some tingling and some heat sensation. I will have Reiki again with Penny, she has opened my mind to therapy and its benefits. Thank you.
