Introduction
I'm a mobile reflexologist in Headley, Hampshire as well as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse for over 20 years. In 2018 an opportunity arose for me to undertake Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Reflexology at the prestigious Wilbury School of Massage in Brighton.
I found that I was able to transfer a lot of my nursing knowledge and skills to enhance my role as a Reflexologist. I have an interest in cognitive and neurological impairments, having members of my family with Parkinson's, Dementia and Acquired Brain Injury.
I subsequently trained in Functional Reflex Therapy, which uses reflexology techniques to deliver a rainbow relaxation routine that can be used on the hands or feet to reduce anxiety and agitation and induce calmness.
