Lorraine Allsopp Sanders

I have had shoulder pain for months from pent up stress & my own bad office ergonomics. This would affect the way I slept & made me uncomfortable at night, hurting whenever I turned over. Lorraine quickly assessed my body & could tell where my worst areas were- definitely my shoulders. She worked on these, as well as other areas. The day of the massage my shoulders felt a bit sore, but the very first night I noticed there was no shoulder pain when I turned over. Its been 3 weeks since the massage and the pain has not returned, I am so pleased and grateful, thank you so much.

I first met Lorraine at The Macmillan Centre for a therapy session (which I found very relaxing). Lorraine followed up with several treatments, which included Scar Therapy. I feel that has helped immensely with the movement and pain I was suffering with, especially when laying on my side during the night. Lorraine has also guided me on exercises I can do to help myself with the freeing up of tightness of the muscles, caused by surgery. Lorraine also assessed, through massage, areas of my body that would benefit from 'extra' work. I found that the sessions have also helped with the pain in my shoulder, again caused by the tightness of muscles. Recently I experienced Ear-candling for the first time. Very enlightening (no pun intended). I feel that Lorraine has a 'Holistic approach' when assessing the needs of ones body, and am very thankful to Lorraine, for the continued support she offers.
