Discover the benefits of Qigong with a free taster session of the 1,500-year-old Dragon & Tiger Qigong system. D&T is a set of seven gentle movements designed to release stagnant Qi and tune up your system. Benefits of Qigong can include relieving stress, relaxing your mind/body, enhancing your body awareness/coordination, balancing/boosting your energy and increasing your sense of health and wellbeing. I offer weekly classes in Qigong in Craven Arms Shropshire, as well as Foundational Qigong and Tai Chi classes in Montgomery Powys. Total beginners are welcome at all my classes.
