With a degree in Sports Therapy, Chloe utilises manual therapy and exercise rehab in her approach to client care. Chloe has lots of experience working with clients to transform the way they look and feel by improving posture and correcting muscle imbalances. Her training style reflects her knowledge of musculoskeletal injury and she promotes a balance between strength and mobility as an important factor in keeping the body injury free and moving well. Chloe has an interest in woman’s health; most recently she has further extended her learning and enhanced her knowledge in pre and post natal care. Chloe is passionate about working with women of all ages, supporting them with injury rehab and fitness goals, particularly pre/post natal.
