Introduction
I began an interest in the Health & Well-being industry many years ago as I qualified as a fitness instructor.

I worked voluntary for a Cancer Unit for the British Red Cross over 17 years ago and my passion for Massage Therapy began as a qualified massage therapist.

I have continued to increase my knowledge & skills in Massage, enjoy listening and working with clients and went on to study and qualified as a Therapeutic Person-Centred Counsellor gaining experience with many clients. The Mind and body can work together and the effects of Massage/Counselling Therapy have a great effect.

I am a Registered Member of the BACP and Counselling Therapy is offered separately as I always work to ethical, professional boundaries.
