Introduction
I have been practising since 2006 and my training and experience enable me to support people who have conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, leg and hip pain, RSI and headaches.

I am passionate about the benefits of remedial massage and bodywork. Chronic pain conditions and injuries respond well to massage techniques; restrictions in soft tissue can cause a variety of problems and have to be released before stretching and strengthening programmes are effective.

All my treatments are tailored to the individual's needs and are focused on pain relief and increased mobility.

I work from locations in Colchester and provide workplace massage treatments to local businesses.
