Main profile

Using reflexology, Bowen therapy (also called the Bowen Technique), holistic facials, Reiki and ear candling I’m passionate about providing you with tailored treatments and support that work for you, helping you to get to the root cause of your health and well-being concerns, focussing on the whole person and not just a list of symptoms and conditions. I also have specialist qualifications in Reflexology for Lymph Drainage (RLD) and Reflexology for Fertility Support. I'm based mainly in Suffolk working from my treatments rooms in Elmswell and at Neal's Yard Remedies in Bury St Edmunds. On Friday's I also work from the Heart of Holistic Health in Ongar, Essex.
