Main profile

As a Bowen Therapist and Reflexologist I’m passionate about providing you with Reflexology and Bowen treatments that are focussed on your health and well-being needs. We work together to get to the root cause of your health and well-being issues, helping to create long-term, if not permanent change. Your treatment will take place at either my peaceful treatment rooms Elmswell which is situated on the ground floor, or in the heart of historic Bury St Edmunds in my wooden beamed treatment rooms at Neal’s Yard Remedies in Bury St Edmunds. As well as the FHT I am a member of the AoR and am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council for my work as a Reflexologist and Bowen therapist.
