Introduction
A lifelong horse lover and committed equestrian, my experiences in (and out of) the saddle, not only gave me the inspiration to study Sports Massage Therapy but also the understanding of the related injuries and true insight into the nature of the rehabilitation process.

Studying at Salisbury College I attained a Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage from the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies. I then furthered my education into the more specific field of Sports Massage achieving a Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from the International Institute of Sports Therapy
