Introduction
I am passionate about helping people live their best life. Since joining the FHT in February 2011 I have treated many people from new born babies to the elderly and infirm. I had a therapy centre for some years and worked alongside a talking therapist. I recognised the desire I had to gain additional skills to maximise the help I could offer my clients.
During the disruptions caused by the appearance of Covid, and the subsequent restrictions we all faced, I had the opportunity to fulfil my desire and retrain so that I could still offer help and support online. I have now have launched my online coaching platform, ‘blossomingbrilliance.com’ to support women individually and in group as they transition through menopause.
