Introduction
I’m a fully qualified sports massage therapist and sports therapist, qualified by the Barnes School of Sports Therapy and a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
I have been running WR Sports Therapy for almost 2 years, however in that time I have gained a wide degree of experience in all aspects of both sport and occupational injuries, as well as joint repalcement rehabilitation and designing programmes to improve performance in specific muscle groups.
What can I do for you?:
Sports Therapy - the use of specialist techniques to assess and treat an injury. While directed at injuries sustained from sports, these techniques can be adapted to suit the likes of work-related injuries too.
